1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invira Loyalty ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Invira Loyalty for your business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Pilot Program

The Service is currently offered as a pilot program. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the pilot program at any time

4. Payment Terms

Pilot participants are required to pay a one-time deposit of $150, which will be applied towards future pilot fees. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invira Loyalty Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Invira Loyalty Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
