Refund Policy

Overview
At Invira Loyalty, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for the pilot program deposit and any fees paid.
Pilot Deposit
The one-time pilot deposit of $150 is generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to provide service due to technical issues on our end
- If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before onboarding begins
- If we determine you do not meet the pilot program qualifications after payment
Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@inviraloyalty.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Payment transaction ID or receipt
- Reason for refund request
Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Deposits made more than 48 hours after payment
- Fees for services already rendered
- Any charges incurred due to violation of our Terms of Service
Cancellation
You may cancel your pilot participation at any time. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds will only be issued according to the terms outlined in this policy.
